Benmet Steel & Metal is a leader in the Canadian scrap and recycling industry located in Guelph, Stratford and Owen Sound, Ontario. We are one of the most established and reputable independent scrap metal processors in Ontario. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

The Scale Operator is responsible for all functional activities related to operating in a scrap metal scale house. In this capacity, the Scale Operator is trained to handle the daily duties of operating the weigh scale, verifying and processing payments for customers.

This exciting role has a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide customer service and administrative support to our team to ensure all activities are maintained in a fast-pace environment. All training will be provided and growth within the company is supported and encouraged.
