Office Administrator – Midland

What you will be Doing:
•Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
•Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
•Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities within CGC divisions as assigned.
•Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
•Collaborating with administration from other business units to improve efficiency.
•Coordination of fleet, including positioning of vehicles between branches, receiving, and setting up vehicles with necessary equipment, and ensuring vehicles are maintained to the factory specifications.
•Coordination of assets, including the distribution of computers and equipment to new employees, ensuring all assets are tagged, tracked, and calibrated according to company policy.
•Occasional visits to corporate housing to deliver supplies and ensure they are adequately maintained.
•Assist in other tasks assigned by management.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a coordinator or administrator in a similar relevant position.
•Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
•Familiarity with common procedures and basic accounting principles used in the office.
•Strong knowledge and extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
Working Conditions:
•This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position in our Midland office.
•The hours of work are 8am – 4:30pm.
•This position supports our Permian Basin branches and occasional travel may be required between locations.
