Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office administrator to support our Data Management teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and a passion for numbers, accuracy, and process improvement.
Duties
•Provide day-to-day administrative support to the data management teams
•Maintain and update financial records and databases
•Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
•Reconcile data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy
•Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
•Handle confidential information with integrity
•Liaise with vendors, internal departments, and external partners as needed
•Help streamline administrative and data-entry processes
Experience
•1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a finance or data-focused environment
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
•Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAGE or ERP systems) is a plus
•Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is an advantage
Nice to Have
•Experience working with large datasets.
•Knowledge of basic accounting principles
•Comfort with handling confidential financial information
