We’re currently looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. This includes answering phone calls, taking and entering orders, printing tickets, invoicing, posting payments, maintaining records, and supporting team members with various administrative tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Taking and entering orders

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-functioning
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
