Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support leadership with a variety of administrative functions.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and standard office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route correspondence appropriately
- Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally
- Take dictation, record meeting minutes, and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supply inventory, research cost-effective deals, and place replenishment orders
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution
- Create, edit, and proofread documents using MS Office Suite
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with PowerPoint presentation development
- Perform other related duties as assigned
This role is based in a traditional office setting with a temperature-controlled environment.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and handling/grip activities are required. Occasional reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
