Job Overview Busy HVAC Contractor seeking an experienced office administrative assistant to work directly with the Office Operations Admin. Role could evolve to Office Manager depending on initiative and skillset to manage day to day office responsibilities and decisions. Must have background working for a service contractor such as HVAC, Plumbing, etc.
Duties
- Ability to multi-task phone support to inquiries and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with working with a contractor workforce directing and assisting them with
info they will need in the field on a job site about the customer
- Familiarity with closing inbound phone sales inquiries for HVAC and Air Duct services from customers
- Familiarity with providing exceptional customer service and empathy to customer concerns on the phone
- Scrum Master efficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel, for preparing
written proposals, permitting documents, emails, replies to clients, etc.
- Familiarity with accurately updating detailed notes and scheduling through our CRM
(if you have used Salesforce - our CRM will be easier. We will train you on it)
- A plus, not mandatory, if you are familiar and capable with Quickbooks
