- Oversee general office operations and provide reports to management.
- Manage customer relationship management software to ensure team keeps up to date
on leads, job progress, follow up and close out.
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing operations and procedures, preparing payroll,
managing correspondence (mail and e-mail), assisting with clerical functions.
- Assisting with the on-boarding of new team members.
- Prepare financial reports including budgets and account reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable. Log customer payments and process electronic deposits.
- Accounts payable. Process invoices and issue checks.
- Manage marketing supplies including ordering and distribution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain an organized environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication to interact with internal and external
- Efficiently manage time and deadlines to ensure proper office operations.
- Comfortable with changing priorities and a fast-paced team.
- Proficiency with Acculynx and QuickBooks are a big plus!
