- Design equipment for assembly and testing of our products
- Manage projects for creating new processes and equipment design as needed
- Be proactive at solving problems and learning new techniques to increase production safety and efficiency
- Support day to day manufacturing activities
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Collaborate professionally with team and peers
- Must be willing to do occasional travel. Some international travel may be required
- Have experience working in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient using CAD software
- Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions
- Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems

- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Team player with ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter willing to take on complex challenges
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing environments
- ESP experience preferred
