Material Technician/Packager, 1st Shift

What You Will Do:

- Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

- Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.

- Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.

- Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience

- Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval

- Lift truck operation experience
