As our Marketing Support Administrator you would be responsible for assisting our Corporate Team with Social Media Presence, Tracking, Merchandise Ordering, Marketing Brand Maintenance and Development, assistance with Corporate Events and any other general marketing and business development tasks.
Responsibilities include…
Project Coordination
•Supports in the development and management of marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
•Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments.
Content Development & Social Media
•Assists the Corporate Team with the development and implementation of social media campaigns, including posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials, emphasizing our brand voice and tailoring to audiences.
•Ensures branding alignment in marketing materials and in collaboration with the Corporate Team.
•Organizes, produces, and assembles marketing support materials (qualifications packages, proposals, presentations/interviews, etc.). Collaborates with the Corporate Team to develop engaging social media campaigns across several platforms.
Trade Show & Event Coordination
•Coordinates logistics for Evolve’s participation at trade shows (i.e., booth setup, collateral, signage, promotional materials, social media pre- and post-show campaigns)
•Travel, as required, to industry trade shows and company events to represent Evolve professionally and effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
•Supports internal communication efforts to ensure marketing, sales, and leadership alignment. Conducts competitive research and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and new marketing technologies.
•Helps strategize for marketing campaigns, trade shows, speaking engagements, award submittals, social media, advertising and digital marketing, and PR opportunities for internal client group.
•Collaborates with other business development team members to drive an integrated approach (design and communications) in all deliverables.

What we require…
•0-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or digital marketing
•Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with experience in content marketing and/or blogging
•Strong project management skills and ability to self-direct, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
•Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and/or digital marketing tools, including AI-supported marketing
•Proven ability to organize, express creativity and push projects or initiatives forward
•Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
•Demonstrated proficiency and technical ability in a variety of computer based programs
What will set you apart….
•Post-secondary education in a marketing related field
•Experience in managing a marketing campaign or developing an organizations marketing strategy
•Proven track record of managing social media campaigns, strategies and presence development
•Ability to create compelling and intriguing content with minimal direction
•Experience in developing and writing comprehensive, effective, and creative positioning and marketing strategies.
•Experience in Canva and CapCut
•Experience with digital asset management
