We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
•Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
•Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
•Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
•Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and document preparation.
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
Requirements
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Familiarity with phone systems and professional communication etiquette.
•Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
•Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
•Ability to type accurately and efficiently; familiarity with various computer software applications is required.
•Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not necessary.
•A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement in office operations.
