The Sr. Marketing Coordinator requires a high level of electronic marketing and management, preferably in B2B marketing management. You will work closely with MYCON’s leadership team, subject matter experts, and marketing team to create engaging and informative content and brand marketing campaigns.
The role's primary objective is to develop and implement company-wide processes that incorporate delivery methods for MYCON’s marketing content and strategy. This position requires an ability to manage and complete multiple simultaneous projects with a critical eye for detail and the ability to shift modes of operation seamlessly.
The Sr. Marketing Coordinator will represent MYCON in a professional manner, both as an individual and as part of a team. Be someone others are drawn to, a connector to develop relationships within the firm and industry.
Required skills needed but not limited to the following:
§ Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field. Without a degree, five to seven years of relevant architectural/engineering/construction industry experience.
§ Five or more years of experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry is preferred.
§ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (advanced abilities desired); familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) databases preferred (i.e., Cosential).
§ Must have experience working within a busy creative and brand management environment and content writing.
§ Photography and Video Production: Capturing content and editing.
§ Graphic Design: Logos, Stop Motion Graphics, Infographics, Document Layouts.
§ Highly adept at finding opportunities for operational efficiencies.
§ Understanding of Brand Management, Project Management, Creative Design, and Creative Production Processes.
§ Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
§ Understanding of architectural/engineering/construction industry terminology and procedures.
§ In-depth marketing and public relations understanding and working knowledge of MYCON’s business, policies, procedures, programs, and capabilities.
§ Understanding of best practices for solicitation advertisement (RFQ/P) production.
§ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to interact professionally and productively with staff at all levels, including firm leadership.
§ Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution and can manage challenging situations to a successful conclusion.
§ Goal-oriented and can react quickly to challenging circumstances to achieve the desired result.
