We provide CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and complete assembly services, with a strong focus on quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the daily administrative and communication needs of the Customer Service Department. This individual is the first point of contact for many of our customers, visitors, and suppliers. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work cooperatively with internal departments including Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping.
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
· Greet and screen walk-in visitors in compliance with ITAR regulations; maintain accurate visitor logs.
· Distribute job applications to walk-in candidates and provide general applicant guidance.
· Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
· Communicate changes in delivery schedules to customers professionally and promptly.
· Maintain various logs, including material purchase tracking and delivery status updates.
· Issue job travelers, prints, and production paperwork to the manufacturing floor.
· Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files related to customer orders, production, and correspondence.
· Coordinate activities and share information between departments including Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Customer Service.
· Assist with document scanning, filing, mailing, and general administrative support.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework in business or office administration preferred.
· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or similar customer service/admin role strongly preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general familiarity with ERP systems.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

· Professional and courteous demeanor with customers and internal team members.
Primarily an office-based role within a manufacturing environment.
Regular interaction with production, shipping, and purchasing personnel.
Occasional lifting of office supplies, boxes, or files (up to 25 lbs.).
