We Are Looking For Someone Like You
As a Marketing Administrator you will be a vital member of Murphy’s Marketing team. You will help support our company’s portfolio by utilizing your attention to detail and time management skills to create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s proposals and social media.
Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company
•Create, post, and maintain all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
•HR assist with internal events and internal communications (i.e Newsletter, Company Picnic, Front Desk)
•Manage new employee headshots and submissions for Newsletter
•Maintain and update prequalifications and update OneNote with most recent information
•Maintaining and updating items on the Intranet
•Assist Marketing Coordinator(s) and/or Manager with Proposal requests
•Make Salesforce updates/Database maintenance
•Update Project Profiles and Resumes on a quarterly bases
•Assist with scheduling project site visits and take progress photos
•Attend/Assist with trade shows and client related events

Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required.
•1+ years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent sales and customer service skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
