Infinity Drain is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our growing Sales and Marketing department. This role will be instrumental in managing the tools, resources, and initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is passionate about the luxury building products industry.
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite in Amityville, NY, and 2 days remote) and may require occasional travel for trade shows and events.
- Coordinate and support all trade shows, buying groups, and industry-related events.
- Oversee event logistics, exhibitor planning, travel coordination, and promotional materials.
- Manage post-event follow-ups and communication with sales and marketing teams.
- Administer display and sample programs (boards, boxes, mats, chips).
- Track inventory, manage reorders, and collect field feedback.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting within NetSuite.
- Support lead tracking, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.
- Process and validate incoming lead data from external platforms.
- Serve as a key liaison for sales representative inquiries.
- Maintain shared digital resources, literature inventory, and promotional fulfillment.
- Support eCommerce activities including reseller monitoring and MAP compliance.
- Partner with leadership on marketing and sales presentations, analytics, and project support.
- Contribute to ongoing brand initiatives, communications, and administrative tasks that enhance both departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or customer service (luxury home, design, or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Collaborative and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
