Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support

our sales and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in

driving sales productivity and assisting with proposal preparation. This position is

ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives

in a fast-paced environment and has a basic understanding of sales and marketing.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have


the latest sales materials.

- Communicate with clients to provide assistance and gather feedback.

- Handle urgent customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate logistics


(e.g., delivery dates, marketing events).

- Process orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales and


delivery operations.

- Maintain and organize sales records and reports.


- Assist with booking travel arrangements.

- Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times.• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, both in person and via


phone.

- Support the Sales Lead with projects and any sales-related tasks.


- Other duties as assigned.


Experience Requirements:


- Computer literacy.

- Some college experience in business, administration or marketing.

- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.


- Good team development and leadership skills.


- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet


deadlines.

- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.


Skills Requirements:


- Active listening skills

- Writing Skills – Developing white papers to address customer issues and

challenges would be a mandatory requirement. Participating in the proposal


development and writing the executive summary.

- Research Skills – Ability to do independent research on topics relating to


customer, competition and technology

- Trust Building skills – Must understand that trust is built over a period of time

by doing professional favors and making periodic deposits to customer’s


emotional accounts.

- Eagerness to grow within the department and company.
