EcoPoint, Inc. is looking for a smart, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to help us share our story, grow our business, and amplify our impact across the environmental and energy sectors.
This is a full-time opportunity for a marketer with 2–5 years of experience who knows how to get things done and who wants to grow into a strategic marketing partner within our business. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in executing campaigns, organizing key initiatives, and bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

- Schedule, post, and track performance across LinkedIn and other key platforms
- Create and publish content that resonates with field professionals and environmental leaders
- Assist with digital advertising (Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Draft, edit, and polish copy for case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and presentations
- Roll out marketing initiatives such as webinars and brand awareness campaigns
- Help create landing pages, optimize copy, and manage subscriber segments in HubSpot
- Build sales funnels and nurture sequences for lead generation
- Track campaign results and contribute to monthly reporting
- Partner with the business development team to develop collateral, presentations, and tools that move prospects through the pipeline
- Ensure campaigns and content support sales objectives and are aligned with client needs
- Gather feedback from sales conversations and translate into actionable marketing insights
- Plan and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and local workshops
- Organize booth materials, giveaways, and presentation decks
- Assist in promoting webinars and speaking engagements
- Track and report event ROI and recommend events based on performance
- Maintain shared marketing calendars and campaign trackers
- Keep team assets, templates, and folders well-organized and up to date
- Coordinate internally with business development/sales, operations, and field teams
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt to technical or regulatory topics
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in environmental sustainability, compliance, or land-focused industries
