About the Position:
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers, creating valuable opportunities for our sales team, and contributing to the growth of the company. The SDR is responsible for the outreach to prospective clients with the objective of setting qualified appointments for the field sales team.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a Sales development, Inside Sales or BDR Role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum quota of qualified meetings and deals every month as set out in the Sales Incentive Plan
- Produce sales-ready appointments for the Sales Team
- Assist sales counterparts in increasing their pipeline with new business opportunities
- Partner with sales counterparts to develop prospecting and lead nurturing strategies
- Ensure timely follow up of all leads
- Capture and maintain accurate and up to date information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions
- Increase brand awareness through outbound communication strategies
- Heavy focus on Outbound SDR lead gen and conversion to deals
- Attend trade shows and marketing events, as assigned by SDR Management
- Maintain outstanding internal and external business relationships
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Etc.)
- Provide the highest level of professionalism and prospect satisfaction
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Some travel may be required for on-site client visits & training.
