Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to make a real impact in a growing company.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

- Manage company website, social media accounts, and email marketing efforts.

- Coordinate trade shows, local events, and community sponsorships.

- Create engaging content (blogs, flyers, videos, social posts) that resonates with our customers.

- Work with sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely execution of projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred, ideally in construction, building supply, or a related industry.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email platforms, website CMS).

- Excellent writing and communication skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinker with an eye for design (basic graphic design skills a plus).
