About the Role:
The Marketing Manager is pivotal in advancing the adoption of GeologicAI's cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions within the mining industry. This position combines tactical and strategic marketing skills directed towards a both an industry-specific business decision maker and a highly technical audience to effectively position GeologicAI's innovative and products throughout the mining cycle. This position will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and technical departments to create and execute compelling campaigns that generate interest and demand for the value add of technology within all divisions of our company including but not limited to core scanning, ore body knowledge, resource modelling and mine planning.
Responsibilities:
•Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns utilizing digital marketing, industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
•Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights into customer engagement and conversion rates.
•Content Development: Create and or work with the Content Creator, technical teams and other key personnel to develop technical content specific to GeologicAI's solutions, including one-pagers.
•Sales Enablement: Responsible for generating and tracking marketing and sales qualified leads, equip the sales team with comprehensive technical material to effectively position and sell GeologicAI's solutions.
•Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tactical and strategic marketing plans tailored help drive awareness, interest and action – to help GeologicAI's growth and position in current and future markets.
•Market Research & Industry Insights: Conduct market research within the mining and geology sectors to identify trends, geological challenges, and competitive landscape.
•Collaboration: Work closely with GeologicAI's product management, data science, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales efforts.
•Customer Engagement: be a pivotal member in conference planning and execution, develop materials and tools for customer education and engagement.
•Technical Expertise: Understand the fundamentals that go into technical products, be well versed in the value adds provided by the solution and effectively communicate these values to professionals within the mining industry.
Requirements:
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
•Proven experience in enterprise marketing is a requirement, within the mining industry or with AI technology is a plus.
•Proficiency in marketing tools and techniques for lead generation, social, content creation, CRM software, analytics platforms, and project management tools; familiarity/comfort with using AI tools a strong plus.
•High energy, get it done approach; self starter who is keen to take on new challenges and think outside the box.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
•Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Multi-lingual is an asset. Please indicate additional languages spoken on application.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or MBA a plus.
