About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping how our innovative methane detection solutions are positioned and communicated to the market. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing and working closely with the Product Team, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

The Product Marketing Manager will define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our solutions resonate with our target audiences in the oil and gas industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a cross-functional environment, effectively communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling narratives that align with customer needs and market demands.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•

Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging that articulates the value of our technology and differentiates Bridger in the market.

•

Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

•

Market & Customer Insights: Leverage market research and customer insights to shape product narratives, enhance positioning, and inform feature development.

•

Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with effective collateral, training materials, and competitive insights to support customer conversations.

•

Content Development: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create high-impact content, including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and presentations.

•

Customer Communications: Define and refine communication strategies for product updates, feature releases, and customer engagement initiatives.

•

Performance Metrics & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

•

5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field, preferably in B2B technology, energy, or environmental solutions.

•

Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.

•

Experience with go-to-market strategy, product launches, and positioning in a fast-growing company.

•

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

•

Ability to synthesize market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine messaging and inform product direction.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.

•

Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools is a plus.

This is a full-time salaried position.

Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.

•

This role may require travel.

•

This position is based in Bozeman, MT.
