As we expand our marketing capabilities, we’re seeking a resourceful and strategic Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager to help elevate our brand, engage our target audiences, and support our commercial growth objectives.
This is a newly created, hands-on role designed for a self-starter who can think strategically while executing tactically. You will develop and implement a cohesive marketing communications strategy that supports lead generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and sales enablement. Working closely with sales, product management, and leadership, you'll bring our technical value proposition to life across multiple channels.
Where is this position located?
This position will work out of the North American Headquarters office in Creve Coeur (St. Louis, MO). This position will work a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days from home
I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing communications plan aligned with company goals and target markets.
Align messaging across product lines and global regions.
Ensure MarCom activities support lead generation, brand equity, and sales objectives
Write, edit, and produce content for various formats including product brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, email campaigns, and web copy.
Translate technical information into clear, compelling value propositions.
Lead website development project.
Manage and update the corporate website.
Optimize SEO/SEM performance for key product families and applications.
Manage social media content—primarily LinkedIn—for B2B awareness and engagement
Develop tools and materials that help the sales team communicate value—e.g., pitch decks, product sheets, one-pagers, etc.
Create internal guides for product positioning and competitive messaging.
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and event assets.
Plan and coordinate presence at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
Manage logistics, booth messaging, giveaways, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Maintain brand guidelines and work with designers/agency partners as needed.
Monitor KPIs (web traffic, campaign performance, engagement rates).
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SAP, BI, or Salesforce for reporting
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Annual Bonus Target: 12%, subject to plan provisions.
