Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Founding Product Marketing Manager
to help define and own our go-to-market strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we position our platform, speak to the market, and engage customers. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on—ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to drive meaningful impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our risk decisioning platform across core verticals (fraud, credit, compliance)
•Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with financial institutions, fintechs, and e-commerce players
•Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions and narratives
•Produce high-impact content: sales collateral, case studies, website copy, product one-pagers, and thought leadership
•Drive product launches and marketing campaigns across the full funnel
•Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with market needs and competitive insights
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy
•Enable sales and customer success teams with training, materials, and messaging guidance
•Track performance of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on results
What You Bring
•5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software
•Experience positioning and launching technical products in dynamic, competitive markets
•Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
•Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas
•Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales
•Customer-centric mindset with experience in customer research and messaging development
Preferred Experience
•Background in risk management, fraud, compliance, or financial services
•Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to real-world business problems
•Experience in an early-stage startup or founding team role
•Strong content creation skills across multiple formats and channels
