Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer based in South Houston, TX. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems. Daily tasks include reviewing and improving production workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshooting engineering issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the machining team for precision fabrication and supporting the planning and execution of customized products for clients in various industries.

Qualifications

- Experience with Manufacturing Processes and knowledge of optimizing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

- Proficiency in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering techniques and tools

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and their application in design and production

- Experience with Machining techniques and working knowledge of CNC equipment

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality assurance processes is a plus

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with production and engineering teams
