Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role located in the United States. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring efficient production operations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating current production workflows, developing process improvements, troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering

- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and best practices

- Familiarity with Mechanical Engineering concepts in a production environment

- Hands-on experience with machining techniques and operations

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required

- Experience in high-performance industries, such as semiconductor or advanced technology sectors, is a plus
