The essential role of our CNC Machine Operator is to set up and operate CNC manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. On any given day an operator may set up production jobs, load raw material, monitoring machinery and, inspect finished parts to ensure that they meet our customers’ requirements.
- Responsible for producing machined parts by operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Observes operation of CNC machines and verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications.
- Set up machines on a flexible basis to ensure optimum workflow
- Deburr parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Properly fill out and document Inspection reports
- Follow safety procedures
- Clean equipment and keep work area neat and organized daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education and Experience: 1-3 years' experience as CNC mill operator preferred. Willing to train qualified candidates
- Knowledge of production procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Read basic measuring devices including micrometers and calipers
- Good math knowledge
