Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and adjust machinery to meet specific production requirements for each run.

- Run manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures

- Monitor processes in real-time to ensure optimal operation and consistent product quality.

- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating complex problems to the right channels when necessary.

- Strictly follow all safety guidelines

What You Bring

- Mechanical Aptitude, a natural comfort working with tools and machinery; you enjoy understanding how things work.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

- Knowledge: Foundational understanding of safety protocols and quality control processes.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment- Additional Training offered
