We are currently seeking a Loader/Operator for immediate hire at our Elizabethtown location.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable loader operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a wheel loader to fill material bins.

- Maintain a clean and organized yard and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.

- Assist the Plant Manager with concrete batching.

- Participate in end-of-day plant closing procedures.

- Create and organize concrete blocks and frames.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating a wheel loader (required).

- Physical ability to:

- Stand and walk for extended periods.

- Use hands and arms to operate tools and controls.

- Climb stairs/ladders and maintain balance.

- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

- Regularly lift/move objects weighing 50+ pounds.

- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
