As the Lead Microsoft 365 Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things M365 at Colonial Pipeline. You’ll lead the design, implementation, and management of our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring it’s secure, compliant, and optimized for performance. What You Get to Do:
•Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
•Design and implement security and compliance measures in collaboration with Cybersecurity and Information Governance teams.
•Manage identity and access controls, eDiscovery, DLP, data labeling, and retention policies.
•Provide guidance on endpoint and MDM management (Intune, Jamf, ABM).
•Develop documentation, training, and support for end-users and IT staff.
•Lead small to medium-scale projects from conception to completion.
•Continuously research and implement innovative solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education such as ideally 10+ years of direct M365 engineering experience.
•Ideally, 7+ years in IT, including 5+ years in M365 administration and 5+ years in enterprise system administration.
•One or more of the following: ITIL v4, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Administrator Expert, or similar.
•Advanced troubleshooting, project management, vendor management, and effective communication skills.
•Strong Proficiency in Windows server administration, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
