- Learn and understand the "as is" environment to be able to provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices.
- Provide end user training and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions.
- Collaborate with end users, project manager and management for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues.
- Propose tangible solutions to avoid repeatable errors.
- Provide guidance for system changes and enhancements.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.
- Create user accounts, delete accounts, create/changes permissions by account; user profiles, page layouts, security in Dynamics 365.
- Create and/or enhance end user documentation / SOP and resolve daily execution issues with end users.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional aspects of D365 as per tickets submitted by end users.
- Update and maintain Hunting’s Standard Dynamics 365 Training material.
- Provide detailed documentation on issues that need to be escalated to our Microsoft Support Partner
- Ensures Change Request process is being followed as documented in Hunting’s IT policies.
- Updates and maintains regression testing procedures within LCS.
- Assist with answering questions related to the end of year audit.
- Provided support during UAT and regression testing with quarterly updates to Dynamics 365.
- Quickly identify technical issues versus functional issues as per tickets submitted by end users.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports.
- Complete special projects and provide project support as requested by senior leadership.
