Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Lead Generation & Nurturing Senior Manager drives early-stage engagement and conversion for high-value Residential and Small Commercial prospects. This role leads the design and optimization of demand generation strategies that accelerate growth and turn prospects into loyal customers. Working cross-functionally and with agency partners, you’ll deliver insight-driven campaigns that boost pipeline velocity, marketing ROI, and overall business performance.

- Design and manage demand generation campaigns prioritizing high-CLV Residential and Small Commercial prospects
- Define and own the end-to-end lead generation and nurturing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Drive innovation in targeting, segmentation, and personalization to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with Customer & Market Insights to define and prioritize target segments based on CLV and behavioral data.
- Establish frameworks, processes, and KPIs for acquisition and conversion across all marketing channels.
- Build structured nurturing tracks for early-stage leads that guide them toward sales-readiness
- Develop campaign content and sequencing that aligns with lead intent, behavior, and funnel stage
- Coordinate with Brand and MarComm teams to ensure consistency in messaging across awareness and conversion touchpoints
- Monitor funnel metrics such as cost per lead, MQL volume, lead velocity, and conversion rates
- Identify drop-off points and gaps in lead engagement, and implement fixes through targeted campaigns or touchpoints
- Refine tactics based on performance insights and test outcomes
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of specialists in acquisition, content, and marketing operations.
- Partner with Inside Sales to define and maintain clear criteria for lead qualification and handoffs
- Use feedback loops from Sales to optimize lead quality and improve targeting or messaging
- Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure tracking and campaign execution tools support conversion objectives
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- 5+ years experience in lead generation and nurturing (B2C/D2C preferred).- 3 years of people leadership, including coaching, team development, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, brand strategy, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing lead generation and nurturing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong ability to manage complex initiatives, engage cross-functional teams, and maintain brand integrity.
- Craft persuasive, audience-tailored messaging and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing both tactical execution (e.g., briefs, creative reviews) and high-level strategic initiatives.
- History of influencing acquisition strategy, channel mix, and budget allocation to optimize customer acquisition cost and market share.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions on acquisition strategy, resource allocation, and vendor selection.
- Experience applying established marketing frameworks while creating new approaches to address evolving customer behaviors and market dynamics.
