We are looking for an experienced and motivated lead setter who can take a strong, proven pitch to schedule appointments for free energy audits and windows/insulation sales with qualified homeowners for our sales team. This person will be the area manager and run a team of lead setters leading from the front in the field.
As part of a new department in our home efficiency division, you'll receive additional legacy pay based on ability and play a critical role in the sales process. Advancement to lead setting management positions and self-gen sales available for those who demonstrate desire to advance with their actions and communication.

- 2-4 years minimum lead setting/sales experience (outdoor sales preferred)
- Experience in leading a door knocking team and ability to produce in the field
- Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week - this is not a part-time position that can be done alongside another full-time job
- Ability to travel reliably to different neighborhoods in Colorado Springs in one's own car/vehicle is required
