Purpose Role and Responsibilities
The goal of Junior Electronics Quality Control Specialist is to conduct quality control activities as assigned within the Company.
This involves primarily conducting inspections, calibrations, and test activities, reporting and tracking the results of these
activities (including any nonconformances found), and performing other related supporting tasks to ensure overall quality
compliance. At this level, the job holder is able to execute well defined tasks with little guidance. This position proactively
reports the status of their work and provides feedback as required.
Role And Responsibilities
- Executes testing of sensors, cables and batterys for their function using various measurement equipment: cable tester, sensor test system, batterietester.
- Preparation of measurements, evaluation, and interpretation of the data / results. Additionally, responsible for battery testing for their function using an automatically battery tester.
- For North America only: Calibrates toolbox equipment for robot runs.
- Creates, tracks, and reports on quality issues to Project Managers and Line Managers in a timely manner, including regular updates for reporting requirements.
- Creates and tracks claims for parts with quality issues with the supplier.
- A technical vocational training, apprenticeship or similar education in Electronics is required
- Proven experience in Claim Management is preferred
