Junior AI Developer - ML Engineering Emphasis

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer who is passionate about machine learning and eager to learn how to integrate and deploy intelligent solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills in building, operationalizing, and scaling ML models in real-world applications.

- Assist in developing and training machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, ML.NET, and Python.

- Support the integration of ML models into production systems and applications built on .NET, Azure Functions, and Power Platform.

- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of models using Azure MLOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into business workflows.

- Participate in model versioning, performance tracking, and retraining strategies to maintain model accuracy and reliability.

- Document workflows and contribute to best practices for scalable ML deployment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model lifecycle.

- Proficiency in Python and/or C#, with experience in building and deploying ML models.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and Azure Functions.

- Basic experience with REST APIs, containers (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to ML.NET, Azure AI Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service.

- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate for AI integration.

- Familiarity with AKS, Azure App Services, or Azure Logic Apps.

- Understanding of responsible AI principles and model governance in Azure.
