Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support client accounts, help manage relationships, and assist with day-to-day account tasks.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone
- Prepare basic reports and updates
- Resolve simple client questions and issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- Ability to work well in a team

- Entry-level role; little to no experience required
- Relevant internship or coursework is a plus
