What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage key customer accounts and drive growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include:

- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and occasional site visits.

- Managing RFQs, quotes, pricing negotiations, and order fulfillment.

- Overseeing Kanban and Make-to-Order processes, ensuring timely delivery.

- Navigating ERP systems for job tracking, inventory control, and reporting.

- Collaborating with production and logistics teams to meet quality and delivery goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Associate degree in Business or Operations OR 2+ years of experience in manufacturing (metal industry preferred).

- Strong ERP system knowledge (required).

- Ability to read technical prints and specifications.

- Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with production coordination and shipping scheduling.

- Familiarity with Kanban inventory systems.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Travel: Less than 5%, mileage reimbursed. Benefits eligibility: First of the month following 60 days.
