ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full Job Scope:
•1. Professionally receive incoming calls from customers and document all pertinent details.
•2. Dispatch field techs (based on ability, schedule, location, upcoming jobs) and provide them with relevant information such as job type, location, time, pricing etc.
•3. Oversee equipment preparations in the shop to maintain schedule, documentation and load securement.
•4. Book hotels or other relevant services.
•5. Maintain communication during job and follow up to ensure job is completed properly. Address any concerns that may arise.
•6. Ensure all post-job documentation is received, reviewed for accuracy/completeness and hand in.
Communication is key!
•You will be in constant communication with the Operations Manager and the second dispatcher. You must be able to work as part of a team as you will be dealing with customers, ALL IES employees and management in all departments and vendors. You are expected to maintain a high degree of professionalism, respect and remain calm in all situations.
•Ensure efficient delivery of services to customers by monitoring job quality, job safety, standard practices and the equipment and preventative maintenance.
•Prioritize safety in all aspects of our operation. You must be a leader and be accountable. Promote adherence to safety and regulatory compliance requirements. You must be able to understand and explain the importance of these requirements.
•Work closely with the mechanical department and field staff to ensure that cranes, pumps, trailers and pickup trucks are properly maintained and repaired when needed. Check that all certifications and paperwork are up to date.
•Assign employees daily tasks including shop, yard and maintenance.
•Maintain a presence in the field by conducting field evaluations, training and mentoring while keeping your field skills relevant as you will be required to cover jobs when necessary.
•Necessary training will be provided.
•Mandatory on call 24/7 when on shift, including weekends.
•Report directly to the Clairmont Operations Manager; Responsible for other projects as requested by manager but not limited to job description.
•QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Requires 2+ years at IES or experience in a related field.
•Expert knowledge of most or all wellhead isolation equipment or similar equipment.
•Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Must have knowledge of common best practices for the oil and gas industry.
•High dedication to safety; all related safety tickets.
•Effective communication skills
•Intermediate Microsoft office skills

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
