As a Dispatcher at True North Energy Solutions, you'll play a key role in coordinating our Service Team and ensuring seamless operations at our customer locations. You’ll work closely with technicians, managers, and customers to deliver excellent service with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll be an essential part of keeping things running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
•Phone and Email Support: Answer incoming office calls and handle service requests received by phone and email.
•Service Call Management: Enter service calls into our maintenance system and manage daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians or third-party partners based on skill and location.
•Customer Communication: Send out service quotes, follow up with customers, and maintain consistent communication through phone and email.
•Support Team Collaboration: Assist the Service and Environmental Compliance Managers with service-related tasks as needed.
•On-Call Technician Coordination: Update the weekly on-call technician schedule through the phone system.
•Experience: No degree required; however, 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
•Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
•Interpersonal: Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
•Customer-Focused: Outstanding customer service skills, including a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
•Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, phones, and office equipment.
•Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and innovate where necessary.
