Digital Support Specialist
Customer Experience Department
Overview:
Are you passionate about customer service and digital engagement? Join our growing team as a Digital Support Specialist, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling digital leads and digital customer inquiries, inbound and outbound text messaging/emails/calls, scheduling appointments, and managing our online reputation.
Compensation:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour (plus quarterly bonuses and additional income opportunities)

What You’ll Do:
•Respond promptly to inbound digital leads and customer inquiries.
•Maintain and track digital leads using internal systems.
•Monitor and manage online reputation:
•Review and respond to customer feedback on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Angi’s List.
•Ensure a 4.9+ rating on key platforms.
•Use and maintain a database of response templates for online reviews.
•Execute outbound text campaigns for customer reminders and promotions.
•Manage job availability via the Schedule Engine platform and update after-hours vendors as needed.
•Assist with loan applications and provide guidance to technicians and comfort advisors.
•Lead training sessions on loan application processes as needed.
•Support the Customer Experience Department (CED) by handling inbound calls and resolving escalations.

What You’ll Bring:
•Education & Experience: High school diploma and at least two years of experience in dispatch and/or customer service.
•Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with data entry, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools.
•Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
•Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills for computing rates, ratios, and percentages.

Physical Requirements:
•Ability to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
