Requirements:
Ready to make an Impact? Accurate Mechanical is seeking a proactive and service-minded IT Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key contributor in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT environment. You’ll provide hands-on technical support across the company, assist in system administration, and gain exposure to a wide array of technologies that support both our office and field operations.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to build IT experience while supporting a fast-paced, essential service organization in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
Responsibilities
•Technical Support: Deliver responsive, front-line IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and user accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via help desk tickets, phone, or in-person.
•User Administration: Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access in Active Directory, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, VoIP systems, and access control platforms.
•System Maintenance: Assist with setup, maintenance, and monitoring of PCs, mobile devices, printers, and business software. Flag system performance issues and assist with diagnostics.
•Network Support: Provide basic support for LAN, wireless networks, VPN connections, and other network-related functions.
•IT Training & Documentation: Create and update user-friendly documentation. Provide informal training to help staff use systems more effectively.
•Security & Compliance: Adhere to IT security policies and protocols. Monitor security threats and report potential vulnerabilities to the appropriate personnel.
•Team Collaboration: Partner with IT and operations teams to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and participate in department-wide projects.
•Learning & Development: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience will also be considered.
+ Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
+ Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and MDM platforms.
+ Working knowledge of network protocols and
services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and print services.
+ Experience with remote desktop tools.

•Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
