We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician 1 to be based in our corporate headquarters which is located in Columbia, Maryland. As a IT Service Desk Technician for Structural Group, you will be accountable for providing technical customer support to 35+ branch offices nationwide. This role will be focused on providing superior customer service to our “internal customers” who have IT related requests, problems and inquires. Our ideal candidate will be engaging and will have a passion for technical customer service.

Overall, candidates must have previous experience providing direct support to end users on Windows operating systems, mobile devices and Microsoft Office applications. Candidates should also have experience tracking and monitoring problems to completion, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Prior experience providing remote support to multiple offices is also desired.
