Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong background in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support across various platforms including Windows, SQL Server, Sage, SharePoint. Duties
•Provide technical support to end-users via help desk systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
•Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, firewalls, and other network security measures.
•Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
•Ensure proper documentation of technical procedures and user guides for future reference.
•Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
•Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs.
Qualifications
•Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
•Familiarity with IT infrastructure management and computer management practices.
•Strong knowledge of help desk operations and customer service principles.
•Experience with troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and other network security protocols.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills to effectively assist users at all technical levels.
•Relevant certifications in IT support or networking are preferred but not required.
