Location: Wayland, MI Job Type: Full-Time
Windemuller is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Technician to support our internal team and external clients with IT systems, hardware, and software. This is a full-time position based in Wayland, MI.
Responsibilities:
•
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
•
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and WiFi systems
•
Support user setup and management (accounts, mailboxes, permissions)
•
Maintain antivirus software, backups, and firewall systems
•
Assist with IT equipment staging, testing, and deployments
•
Document processes and provide user training
•
Travel to customer sites as needed
Requirements:
•
1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
•
Strong understanding of Windows OS, Android & iOS
•
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 preferred
•
Certifications like A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications a plus
•
Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
•
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various environments
