Windemuller is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Technician to support our internal team and external clients with IT systems, hardware, and software. This is a full-time position based in Wayland, MI.
Responsibilities:
•Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
•Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and WiFi systems
•Support user setup and management (accounts, mailboxes, permissions)
•Maintain antivirus software, backups, and firewall systems
•Assist with IT equipment staging, testing, and deployments
•Document processes and provide user training
•Travel to customer sites as needed
Requirements:
•1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
•Strong understanding of Windows OS, Android & iOS
•Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 preferred
•Certifications like A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications a plus
•Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
•Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various environments
