Invoicing Specialist

We are searching for a fully remote invoicing specialist to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities for Billing Specialist

- Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts

- Ability to handle high volume of data entry and invoicing

- Deliver invoices to clients digitally

- Reconcile and input expenses

- Send delinquent accounts to the collections department

Qualifications for Billing Specialist

- 5+ years in a billing/invoicing

- Strong computational skills

- An extreme attention to detail

- Heavy use of Excel

- Ability to be productive without oversight

- Robust written and communication skill set

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
