What You’ll Do:

- Generate and process daily invoices for fuel deliveries

- Bill HVAC and service work orders, including time and materials

- Review delivery tickets, service documentation, and pricing for accuracy

- Post adjustments, credits, and rebills as needed

- Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally

- Maintain organized billing records in accounting and dispatch software

- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and customer service to ensure timely billing

- Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and internal reconciliations

You’ll Thrive Here If:

- You have 1–3 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience

- You’re detail-oriented, accurate, and great at managing time

- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates

- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP systems

- You’re eager to learn and grow in the fuel and HVAC industry

Job Type & Pay:

- Full-time

- Hourly Wage: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)
