Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Temporary Invoicing Clerk to join our team. This role will focus on preparing, processing, and managing invoices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review invoices for completeness, proper documentation, and correct pricing
- Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices
- Enter and maintain data in the appropriate systems
- Assist with reconciling invoice discrepancies and resolving issues
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferred
- 1+ year of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative role- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
