To provide a wide range of assistance with efficient material handling, control and recordkeeping in the warehouse and yard storage.

- Directs – none.
- Cooperates and Coordinates with all personnel both within and outside the cooperative, firms, organizations, and other groups as deemed necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
- Assists with and keeps records of material entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Requires maintaining a valid driver's license and safely operating Cooperative vehicles, as assigned.
- Requires basic knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation materials.
- Requires willingness and ability to work in a wide variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow/ice, etc.
- Requires willingness and ability to work in a wide variety of positions and postures, including but not limited to aloft, overhead, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
- Interprets staking sheets and performs the proper layout material to ensure the construction and operation department have the proper material.
- Assists with inventory material, packaged jobs, storm supplies, substation materials, and transmission materials. Receives and manages tool distribution.
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Required a willingness to provide support at other offices as requested.
- Requires a willingness to frequently stand and walk and ability to lift light and medium loads frequently and assist with heavy loads occasionally with the ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Assist in maintaining the warehouse and yard storage in a neat and efficient manner.
- Exercises the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all Cooperative, member, and employee information.
- Performs clerical work necessary for proper recordation and control.
- Administers and maintains safety logs and/or records for equipment, tools, and materials.
- Certified to operate all forklifts.
- Requires ability to work in a constant state of alertness and focus due to performing or supervising safety-sensitive functions.
- Requires willingness and ability to coordinate with the public, members, contractors, and delivery drivers.
- Requires recordkeeping of employee purchased materials for payroll deduction.
- Performs other duties as requested or required by the position.
