An Inventory Coordinator manages inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, receiving and tagging incoming materials, and handling the storage and movement of materials throughout the facility.
- Receive shipments into system
- Unload and store freight using forklift
- Verify packing list to purchase order, ensuring accurate delivery
- Utilize daily dispatch to count parts assigned for the day
- Pull print/picture from system to use along with bill of materials to find part/material
- Verify inventory count matches the recorded inventory number
- Willingness to assist in other areas as needed

- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation
- Previous manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, receiving, or material handling
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
- Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
- Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
- Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
- Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
- Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
- Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm
Overtime may be required on weekends and weekdays.
