JOB DESCRIPTION
Select Water’s Internal Audit Coordinator will support the internal audit department in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating audit activities, preparing audit reports, and assisting in the evaluation of internal controls.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Provides support for SOX testing, including distributing and maintaining document request list, sharing documents with internal and external contacts.
- Monitors status of SOX testing and communicates clearly and timely with auditors and internal parties.
- Provide support for internal audit projects including data collection, submission, and tracking.
- Provides support for customer audit data collection and submission.
- Assists with maintaining policies, forms and references library and tracking of status and responding to requestor needs.
- Provides support activities for the department, including coordinating scheduling and communication.
- Accesses data from company ERP and other systems.
- Uses excel, Outlook, and Teams to organize and obtain data and perform communication.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Basic to intermediate excel skills
- Basic understanding of accounting functions and terminology
- Familiarity with energy industry is a plus
- Familiarity with D365 is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Able to interact well with other departments in the organization as well as third parties
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and workload effectively, excellent time management skills
