Your Role and Responsibilities:
•Sales Proposals: Prepare and follow up on sales proposals to secure new business.
•CRM Management: Capture, enter, update, track, and report leads in the CRM database.
•Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls and provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance.
•Lead Qualification: Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Outside Sales Consultants.
•Marketing Support: Assist with trade shows, exhibits, and other marketing events.
•Sales Administration: Emphasize product features, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
•Customer Data Management: Enter new customer data and update existing accounts in the CRM.
•Customer Visits: Conduct sales presentations and troubleshoot customer service issues.

What You Bring to the Team:
•Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in inside sales for technical products.
•Sales Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales techniques.
•Customer Focus: Ability to build lasting relationships and understand technical products.
•Self-Motivation: High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
•Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and ability to read blueprints.
•Travel Readiness: Valid Driver License and passport, with occasional travel for sales events.
Physical Demands:
•Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
•Mobility: Constant sitting; occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
•Sensory Requirements: Regular use of hands, vision, and hearing.
